Giustina Jaeger is an expert business and corporate lawyer. She perfected her experience within her own law firm, combining a solid academic background with her competence as a practitioner providing legal advice and assistance, in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Giustina joined M&R Europe in 2012 and assists Italian and foreign clients in the negotiation of agreements for the purchase, sale and lease of businesses and companies, works and services contracts, letters of intent. She offers legal advice to companies, from their act of incorporation to their possible governance structures, intra-group reorganization and management of corporate teams. She also offers qualified assistance in litigation and arbitration proceedings, including those deriving or in connection with non-contractual liability. Stéphanie Rotelli is an intellectual and industrial property law specialist, with extensive knowledge and experience, gained both in Italy and internationally, covering a broad range of fields, such as copyright, media and entertainment, music, film and audiovisual products, trademarks and distinctive signs, industrial design, commercial communication and new technologies and platforms.
Stéphanie founded M&R Europe in 2002 and practices in contentious and non-contentious matters in the most diverse sectors of the creative and digital industries, with particular reference to the protection of new or yet uncategorized immaterial goods or media. She regularly advises producers and/or users of cultural products different in type and genre, as well as creators and/or operators in the entertainment business, including collecting societies and industry associations, important operators in the publishing and music business, audiovisual and digital production and distribution companies, fashion houses and producers of luxury and design goods.
Stéphanie was educated between France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, she graduated in law with first class honours in Italy at Università degli studi di Milano and obtained an LL.M in copyright, information technology and intellectual property in the United Kingdom at King’s College, London. She regularly participates as a lecturer to conferences and seminars in Italy and abroad and is the author of several publications for international associations and specialized reviews.

Massimo Cozza is an industrial and intellectual property law specialist, with a solid knowledge of the various aspects of industrial property, notably the law of patents, trademarks and distinctive signs, industrial design, know-how and secret business information, as well as business and competition law.
Having a long-standing professional experience, Massimo joined M&R Europe in 2015 and practices in contentious and non-contentious matters, assisting Italian and multinational businesses engaged in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetics, luxury and fashion, new technologies and publishing sectors. He regularly advises on the positioning, management and protection of industrial immaterial goods, including inventions, trademarks and domain names, designs and shapes of products, as well as in relation to the related contracts. He also handles infringement, piracy, abusive uses and unfair competition or disloyal commercial practices.

Having acquired a solid expertise in international taxation, Paola provides her professional services to film and audiovisual production companies, advertising agencies, event production companies, as well as artists and more generally show business personnel, dealing with all administrative, accounting and tax aspects of their activities and initiatives, including duties, entries in special registries, notices and statements to competent authorities, tax consultancy services in respect of indirect taxes, VAT, fiscal treatment of royalties and revenues deriving from the exploitation of immaterial goods, tax consultancy and auditing services in connection with investments in cultural products.
